Welcome to our online shop. Our beautifully designed readers (Foundation–Year 4) are filled with engaging content and leveled literacy supports to maintain students' interest, fluency and confidence. They're also great 'reward readers' for those students who have reached milestone levels with decodables and need fresh new readers to use their word banks and comprehension skills. Many of our readers contain Australian content, such as (Level 8) Australia's Amazing Platypus and (Level 20) Australia's Outback and the Australian States and Territories Series (Level 31, seven titles).

  • NEW to support underachieving Foundation Year students

Ten pre-levels 1–2 guided readers directly support our 10 Levels 1 and 2 guided readers. The Pre-levels 1–2 guided readers help beginning readers to build their confidence, fluency, enjoyment and success. A nonfiction example: Pre-level 2 Kittens and Level 2 Kittens share the same images and a reduced number of words. Further differences of a Pre-level reader are: less vocabulary – larger font size – more space between the lines of text – shorter sentences – greater repetition of sight words, non-sight words and decodable words. A high-frequency word analysis in each book shows the frequency of decodable, sight and non-sight words.
